Industrial Designer and Design Engineer
Hello there!
My name is Linn and I’m from Stockholm. I´m currently working on my Master’s project at Konstfack, focusing on designing for community life and civil preparedness.
I’ve had a deep passion for art and design since I was a child. I devoted much of my free time to drawing portraits, character design and chinese painting (aside from competitive swimming), and then I pursued a BFA in Industrial Design at Umeå Institute of Design. During my studies, I developed a philosophy for user-centered design, that I bring to every project.
After my BFA, I worked as a design engineer creating custom store interiors. In my spare time, I designed a product that reached Swedish stores and interior journals. Now, while studying for my MFA degree, I’m focused on projects at the intersection of technology, wellbeing, and systemic sustainability.
Besides arts and design, I enjoy weightlifting, photography, winter sports, singing and spending time with my family and friends.
